How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?
Install Silo on your new iPhone or iPad, open Settings inside the app, then tap "Restore purchase". The App Store will verify your original purchase with your Apple ID.
I bought Pro but the tools are still locked.
Give it a minute — the App Store receipt check sometimes takes a moment. If it still shows as locked after a full relaunch, tap "Restore purchase" in Settings. If that fails, email us and include your Apple purchase receipt.
My PDF won't open.
Silo opens standard PDF 1.x files. If yours was produced by an unusual tool or is password-protected, it may fail to parse. Try opening it first in Preview on a Mac or in iOS Files, and if it opens there but not in Silo, send us the file (or a redacted version) so we can investigate.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for the Pro purchase are handled by Apple, not us. Open the iOS Settings app → [your name] → Media & Purchases → Account → Purchase History → Report a Problem, and Apple will process the refund directly.
